Privacy Policy
Effective date: [TBD] · Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Who we are
Auto Credit of America ("ACA," "we," "us") connects consumers who have received a mailed invitation with participating automotive dealerships. We are not a direct lender. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit our website, call us, or respond to an invitation.
2. Information we collect
We collect: (a) information you provide, such as your Invitation Code, name confirmation, phone number, and email address; (b) information from consumer reporting agencies used to determine pre-qualification, obtained under the Fair Credit Reporting Act as a prescreened offer; and (c) technical information such as device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to verify your identity, locate and display your invitation, connect you with your matched dealership, communicate with you about your invitation (by phone, text, or email with your consent), improve our services, and meet legal obligations. Checking your invitation involves only a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score.
4. How we share your information
We share your information with your matched participating dealership and its financing partners so they can prepare and honor your invitation, and with service providers who help us operate (mail, telephony, hosting) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other dealerships or marketers.
5. Your choices
You may opt out of calls, texts, or emails at any time by following the instructions in those messages or emailing help@autocreditofamerica.com. You may opt out of prescreened offers of credit entirely by calling 1-888-567-8688 or visiting www.optoutprescreen.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
6. Security & retention
We protect your information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including 256-bit encryption in transit. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
